Description
We built up the base of this beer similar to a Berliner Weiss style using Philly yeast for its souring qualities. For the hop, we took Citra for its smooth floral and citrus notes. We then took 120KG of tangy, tart & slightly sweet Passionfruit puree to build on those tropical fruit and sour notes. Resulting in a refreshingly tart, hoppy IPA where the Citra hops & Passionfruit shine through leaving you thirsty for more!
