9% Baltic Porter w/ Cocoa Shell & Nibs. Comprising a mix of 8 base malts, the wort is whirpooled with cocoa nibs & shells, where it is then fermented with lager yeast, then given an extended lagering period to allow a slowly developed complexity and refinement.
